Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: United States (fully remote)
Panoply is a managed data warehouse SaaS service with native connectors built into the platform (ELT - Extract, Load, Transform) and built on Amazon Redshift or Google BigQuery. Panoply empowers companies to easily Sync, Store, and Access business data without having to employ a dedicated data team. Once the data is organized in Panoply, the user connects to their Business Intelligence tool (BI) in order to view and create dashboards to make data-driven decisions. We target SMBs and work directly with business owners, C-suite executives, data analysts, marketers, etc.
The responsibilities outlined below point towards identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for your Account Executive team through an established and proven prospecting process with the goal of booking a demo.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Use a defined and proven prospecting model, while having the ability to make changes where necessary
- Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (meetings, qualified leads, new contacts, pipeline etc.)
- Leveraging sales tools such as LinkedIn, Seamless.ai, Drift, and Outreach.io to network with prospects
- Pipeline organization and collaboration with Account Executives
- Daily team huddles to celebrate wins and share goals
- 1+ years SDR/BDR/AE experience in a high growth SaaS environment
- Experience working with SMBs
- Have a passion for sales and desire to be promoted to Account Executive or lead the SDR team as we expand
- Can self motivate and hold yourself accountable while working remotely
- Have the ability to think on your feet in a conversation and answer unexpected questions with ease
- Resilient in the face of objections - you get past those no’s!
- Okay with and excited by changes in process as we grow
- Have a passion for sales, data, and sales processes
- You feel confident using tools like SalesForce, Outreach, and LinkedIn.
