Data Analyst

Panoply is recruiting a Data Analyst to join our Data Team, and push Panoply to become a fully data-driven startup. 

As a data analyst, you will be answering business questions that will drive Panoply’s strategy and operations to success. Working with Panoply’s Leadership Team, along with Marketing & Sales, R&D, Product, and Business, you will be analyzing complex datasets, define and measure KPI’s, build and maintain reporting and dashboards, answer business questions, and provide insights to support better decision-making processes. 

Your insights will be translated into an actionable company-wide work plan.  

What you need: 

• Strong analytic thinking, and a sense of business logic. 
• At least 2 years of data analysis experience
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with BI tools (such as Chart.io, )
• Strong technical orientation (SQL, DBs, and more) 
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
• Detail-oriented, resourceful and organized.
• High level of English proficiency
