Billing

This article explains how to:

Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan

  1. Within the Panoply platform, click your profile image in the top right and then click Billing & Plan.

  2. Your current plan is shown as ‘Selected.’ To change your plan, click Select Plan for the plan that you want.

  3. You will see the ‘Billing Info’ page. If your card details and email address are correct, click Update Plan.

Updating Your Billing Info (Credit Card Details)

  1. Within the Panoply platform, click your profile image in the top right and then click Billing & Plan.

  2. Click the plan you are currently subscribed to, which is shown as ‘Selected.’

  3. You will see the ‘Billing Info’ page. Click Edit, enter your new credit card information, and then click Update My Plan.

Updating Your Email Address for Invoices

  1. Within the Panoply platform, click your profile image in the top right and then click Billing & Plan.

  2. Click the plan you are currently subscribed to, which is shown as ‘Selected.’

  3. You will see the ‘Billing Info’ page. Click Edit, update the email address, and then click Update My Plan.
