We’re looking for an experienced and agile Director of Demand Generation to lead our global B2B acquisition efforts for Panoply. In the last year we’ve experienced tremendous growth and we’re looking to bring on a marketing leader that can grow and scale our business. 

The Director of Demand Generation will build and lead a team of marketers across growth marketing, demand generation, account based marketing, paid acq, and SEO/SEM. This person will report to the VP of Marketing and drive acquisition strategy throughout the marketing funnel. This person will collaborate cross functionally with the Panoply Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Design teams to deliver world-class marketing programs that drive new mid-market to enterprise acquisition, engagement, and loyalty. This role is based in San Francisco. 


  • Drive strategy and execution for demand generation and brand awareness campaigns across all digital and offline channels

  • Design and implement high-impact programs that are optimized to deliver results across the marketing and sales funnel, while hitting target metrics, including MQLs, pipeline, and revenue

  • Partner with the Sales team to drive quality lead generation and prospecting, optimize conversion, and improve workflows and processes

  • Leverage data to make intelligent, informed recommendations, decisions and forecasts regarding our demand generation strategies, target account plans and paid investments.

  • Lead the development and management of digital assets (website, landing pages, emails and ads), working as an individual contributor, with your team, and with agencies

  • Own overall digital technology stack; evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve process and optimize performance

  • Direct strategy and management of on-demand webinars, conferences and events

  • Build new lead generation programs, funnel processes, and continuously experiment with more efficient ways to convert incoming and existing leads


  • 10+ years of professional experience with at least 5+ years working in and managing a team in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing in a B2B enterprise technology environment

  • A strong track record delivering results across all online and offline demand generation channels and significantly scaling lead and MQL acquisition

  • Recognition as a creative marketer who has a test-learn-refine mindset and has run a high-velocity demand generation function

  • Experience as an inbound data-driven digital marketer with a history of integrating content marketing and demand generation strategies to increase funnel conversion and drive revenue and profits

  • Demonstrated experience managing outside agencies and vendors to deliver great work and results, while meeting deadlines and staying on budget

  • A love of analytics and a proven track record of analyzing campaign performance and identifying actionable insights to achieve your key metrics

  • Big picture thinking and meticulous attention to detail–you’re able to quickly understand overall business objectives, create a well-aligned marketing strategy, and drive execution

  • Experience with Marketing Technology tools and systems like Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, among others. Expert in Content Marketing, Web Marketing, Analytics, Paid Marketing, Social Media, and Search Marketing

  • Agile and able to adapt quickly, operating in a high growth business

  • The ability to multi-task and handle a multitude of different responsibilities at one time
